Privacy Policy

Information you submit. When you use our contact form, we collect your name, work email, company or industry, job title, desired timeline, budget range, and the project details you choose to share. When you apply for a role, we collect your name, email, the role you picked, an optional link, and your message. When you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address.

Attribution and analytics data. This site uses a first-party attribution tool (WebWorks) that sets cookies and records how visitors arrive at and move through the site. That includes referring pages, campaign parameters, and pages visited. We use it to understand which of our work reaches the right audience. We do not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Spam-prevention data. Our forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA v3, which evaluates interactions with the form to tell people and bots apart. Use of reCAPTCHA is subject to Google’s own privacy policy.

We use the information we collect to:

• Evaluate and respond to your inquiry, usually within one business day;
• Review your application if you apply for a role;
• Prepare for a conversation you have asked to have with us;
• Send the newsletter you subscribed to, until you unsubscribe;
• Understand, in aggregate, how visitors find and use this site;
• Protect the site and our forms from spam, fraud, and abuse.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

A small number of vendors process site data on our behalf, each under contract:

• Email delivery: to deliver form notifications, applications, and newsletter messages;
• Site hosting: to serve this website and its form endpoints;
• Google reCAPTCHA: to protect forms from automated abuse;
• WebWorks: to provide the first-party attribution analytics described above.

We keep contact-form submissions as long as we need to evaluate and respond to your inquiry and, where relevant, to run an engagement that follows. We keep applications while the role is open and for a reasonable period after. Newsletter subscriptions stay until you unsubscribe. Attribution analytics are kept in aggregate form. If you want any of your information deleted sooner, email us and we will honor the request, subject to legal obligations.

Submissions travel over encrypted connections, and access to submitted information is limited to the people who need it to respond to you. More detail about our security posture is on our security page.

Please do not send confidential, regulated, or export-controlled information through the contact form. Once an engagement begins, we put a secure, agreed channel in place for that kind of material.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To use any of these rights, email us. We will respond within a reasonable time, and we will not treat you worse for making a request.

If we change how we handle information on this site, we will update this page and revise the date above. Material changes will be called out clearly.
